+ Cards on file and 50% deposits are required to book an appointment. This is an upfront cancellation fee.
+ Cancellations at or before 48 hours are able to be re-booked and keep the original deposit.
+ cancellations after 48 hours forfeit their original deposit and have to pay a new 50% deposit to re-book.
+ Same-day cancellations or no-show appointments will result in a charge of the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment.
+ Refunds are not offered for deposits
+ Please be sure to be mindful of your arrival time. Appointments may be re-booked or adjusted if arrival is at 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.
