+ cards on file and 50% deposits are required to book an appointment
+ cancellations at or before 48 hours are able to be re-booked and keep original deposit.
+ cancellations after 48 hours forfeit their original deposit and have to pay a new 50% deposit to re-book.
+ Same day cancellations or no showed appointments will result in a charge of the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment.
+ refunds are not offered for deposits
+ please be sure to be mindful of your arrival time. Appointments may be re-booked or adjusted if arrival is at 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time.
